Terms and Conditions For New and Existing Clients
When Booking Appointments with Zarina at Moonlite Crystals
Please make sure you are certain that you do want to commit to an appointment ahead of making a booking at Moonlite Crystals.
All bookings made for Psychic Readings, Mediumship and Consultations require a £30 cash deposit on booking for all clients.
For new and existing clients, should you wish to book an appointment with Zarina which requires longer than 2 hours, you will need to pay the full amount in cash in advance on the day you make the booking.
All advance payments and deposits are non-refundable, any cancellations require 24 hours notice.
(For new and existing clients, all queries regarding cancellations and rescheduling will need to be made during business hours;
and to be made by calling only to the shop phone number – 01664 566 452.
Business hours are Tuesday to Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm).
Failure to contact us regarding a cancellation in the required timeframe above, will also result in deposit and appointment slot being forfeited, and in some cases the full payment of the missed appointment to be made.
Training and Workshops will need to be paid in full on day of making the booking.
For this you will be required to give 72 hours notice if you need to make any alterations to your booking. All monies paid are non refundable, however if 72 hours notice is given in the time frames above, then a new training day can be made within the month in line with Zarina’s availability.
The same applies for services such as House Clearances and Blessings.

NEW CLIENTS AND RETURNING CLIENTS
Due to the growing requirement for Zarina’s services and alternative therapies, we will require an advance payment/deposit of £30 cash on future bookings for any services for all new clients.*
Please see above for terms on cancellations and rescheduling.
For new clients, if you cancel within these terms, a new booking can be re-arranged for you within the month, in line with Zarina’s availability, however if you cancel again then the advance payment will be forfeited without an alternative appointment.
Should you wish to make a booking in the future you will be required to pay the advance non-refundable payment once again and the same terms then apply on your new booking.
EXISTING REGULAR CLIENTS
Existing clients will be required to pay the full outstanding amount of the missed appointment before a new appointment will be given if the required cancellation notice has not been adhered to.
If you wish to make a booking online, please call the shop or email us to confirm the available slot and then please visit our website (www.moonlitecrystals.co.uk) where you will need to pay the full amount online before receiving confirmation of your booking.
You will receive a confirmation email once this is confirmed.
All fees are non-refundable, and subject to the conditions above.
Failure to pay the fees within 24 hours of booking, will result in the appointment slot being released.
*Fees for services may change in the future, at the discretion of Moonlite Crystals.
By booking for services at Moonlite Crystals, you are agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions.
